Personal History

My name is Wayne I am combat wounded veteran from the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.I served our great country for 13 years signed up when I was 17. I rode dirt bikes before I joined the Army. After I was injuried in Afghanistan  and was retired from the military it has taken me 3 years to find joy in something again, motocross has done that for me. I consider myself a beginner again after almost 16 years of not riding. The game has changed. But Motocross gives me that adrenalin rush again that I crave. It's another combat arena to fight in and only the best will prevail. It makes you want to push yourself harder to be better than the next guy. 2016 is my first year of racing again and I look forward to moving my way up to being a pro class racer. I am riding a 2013 KX250f I love the feel of my bike and the power it lays down at the tire. When I am not at the track I love to hang out with my wife and daughter and my three fur kids. I am a devoted Christian and family man. God  has blessed me with the ability to chase another dream in my life and I will go as far as he will take me.

Riding Goals

My riding goals are to become a pro class racer and continue to become a better rider and staying humble at the same time. I don't think age has anything to do with it anymore like it used to. I want to compete with the best and to do that I don't think you can set  goalsthey limit you. I feel that to excel you have to always know you can ride better you can practice and train on something. So to me racing is a never ending goal. I will ride with the best and that is the only answer there is. That's the finish line everything else in between is just training. God has control of it and will place me where I belong. My first race will be May/22/2016 and I hope to advance through the classes as fast as possible to get to the pro class and continue to grow as a rider and possible help someone else realize they can chase their dreams it's never to late.
