Personal History

Hello my name is SJ Jones I am a 7 year old from Green River Wyoming. I’m a 1st grader and according to my teacher I'm a pretty great kid/student. My dad bought me my first bike April of 2020 and I found my love for motocross the first time I sat on the seat. Sense then I have completed 2 indoor series, RMX indoor in Ogden Utah and RSMX indoor series in Rock Springs Wyoming. I have completed 2 outdoor seasons with RMX series. I competed at Loretta’s Lynn’s MX championship 2022 on my PW and took home 5th in the nation. I currently hold the Idaho state championship title on my PW and brought home 2nd on my cobra 50 JR. I’m looking forward to this coming winter racing, ridding, and training in mesquite Nevada.

Riding Goals

As I’m moving from my PW and JR to FWE and E bike I’m hoping to improve my lap times and bike technique. Being on only one bike size I’m hoping to excell more. This last summer I raced three mg PW,JR, and E-bike I did really good but hoping that staying on one bike size I can excel even more.

Competitive Highlights

Spring/Summer 2022 I competed at 3 qualifiers on my PW and JR holding 1st place at all three on my PW at Delta area, washougal regional and Delta regional. My JR I wasn’t able to race at washougal due to the mud fest and then broke my wrist in delta on my first moto. Although I finished the rest of my motos for the weekend I just couldn’t hold on to get my ticket on my JR.
At Loretta’s I went 3rd first moto, 9th second moto, and 14th 3rd moto for an overall of 5th place!
