Personal History
Started riding dirt bikes at 7 years old in 1978 (BMX previous)
First race was at Corona Raceway in 1979. Raced until 1990 and retired. Came out of retirement in 2005 and started teaching for Motoventures in 2007.
I have worked as a dirt bike instructor full time for the last 7.5 years. A large component of the job is Public Relations as students come to us for guidance on anything moto related. I work with a large number and variey of students from brand new beginners (level 1) to advanced (level 3) riders, for example MX or Trials. My students look to me for advice on what gear and parts to purchase and usually go with that I am using.
