The Prestige Group's prominent condo project in South Chennai, Prestige Pallava Gardens, is proudly associated with me, Leo Lucas. A modern, well-planned towering township called Prestige Pallava Gardens Floor Plan is located at Nemilichery, Pallavaram, close to the vital Pallavaram-Thuraipakkam Road. 2800 luxurious residences in 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK variants are part of this historic project, which spans fifty ha with 80% open space. With 21 towers, each with 19 incidents and only 6 apartments, Prestige Pallava Gardens was built to give its occupants a peaceful and opulent living ambiance.
