Personal History
I'm 7 years old and started racing about 16 months ago. I rode bikes at the age of 3 but didn't discover 2 strokes until my dad saw how good I was. It was his fault he didn't start me racing earlier!
I'm moving up quickly and and will start racing the 7-8 class next year, but now I still compete in the 6-8. I'm now in the 7-8 class when the series starts again in January 0f 2013. I ride my KTM against alot of pumped up Cobras but I still win most of the time...Where's KTM to sponser me because those Cobras are fast? It's not entirely the bike, alot is the rider, but my friends Cobra is faster..but I still beat him.
I am already am riding a 65 because I am tall for my age, but will compete on 50's as long as I can. My dad has nothing but time to train me as he is a motor cop and has lots of time off work.
Riding Goals
I am going to finish this year in the 4-6 class and just train. I get most holeshots but I am working on my cornering because that will put me in first place.
Now it's all about corners....I am working on my technique as now I am racing against kids who are 1-2 years older than me.
Competitive Highlights
I race mostly the CMC series in Northern California but will start doing all or the races next year when I move to the 7-8 class. I have multiple 1st place finishes and have taken 2nd place overall two times in the CMC series.
My best finish in the open class has been 4th place, riding my stock KTM 50. (I still get the holeshot against most of the mod bikes) (It's not the bike, it's the rider) It will get better for sure.
This series I took first place in my age group and second place in the open. It's all about practice.
