Personal History
Some of the things I do besides riding, are raising livestock to show and sell at the county fair. I am a active member of the boyscouts of America and am one step away from earning my eagle. I Take school very important and have a 3.1 gpa average. I plan on attending college after high school and want to major In journalism and become some sort of automotive journalist.
Before I started to ride dirtbikes I rode BMX and did mountain biking for years, a lot of those skills have transferred over onto the track and it really gives me a competitive edge to a lot of other riders. I am the only one who rides mx in my family, when I was ten I saved up 500 dollars to pay for half of my first dirt bike and have been moving up bike size and getting faster ever sense. My family is very supportive of my passion and help me in every way they can.(normaly paying the hospital bills) last season I broke both of my ankles and over the last few months I've been training and am the fastest I've ever been.
Riding Goals
Some of my riding goals are to come into the SMX series hot next season in the 250 beginner class as well as 250 and 450 beginner. I really want to be able to do well in my class and am currently pulling the fastest lap times of both classes, If I can keep up the speed this next season should be a great one for me! Some of my most favorite riding is in the Arizona Desert, me and my buddies like to head out there with shovels and build kickers after a good rain and just enjoy riding dirtbikes and having fun.
My parents are very supportive of my riding and I have been encouraged by them and many others to begin racing, and I would love to do it but I don't have the money to do such with out the support of a few sponsors behind my back, I could go a season but after that i would be taking a lot of money out of my family and I don't want my younger brothers have to sacrifice the things they love just because I'm involved in an expensive sport.
Competitive Highlights
I've never before competitively raced but I am not scared to hit big jumps and pick the lines that no one else will and that is the reason I am becoming the fastest rider in the SMX series 250 beginner class.
