If anyone that reads this is planning on purchasing new high end boots in the near future, please look at TCX Pro2. They are the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn and required zero break-in. I have had my boots for almost one year and needed to replace the soles which I ordered from TCX. Then it was found that I had a problem that my local boot repair shop could not fix. I contacted TCX to see if they had someone here in the states that could re-sew the mid-sole to the plastic boot. The awesome customer service group quickly assigned me a case number, asked for some photos and sent me a new replacement pair at no charge in a matter of days. Now we have tried different boots through the years and I usually wear out the insides of the boots before the bottoms, but no other boot company has offered the fix much less replace a pair of boots after owning them for this long. They really take care of the customer and we will be using TCX for years to come. Please give them a look before buying any other brand of boot. Mason Beasley
