Rider Updates

I raced the Gold Diggers Sno Bowl in the 200 Novice class last year while i finishing my last year in the mini's, I actually was doing alright... Until i somehow managed to break my front brake lever off all the way to the mount on a steep hill. So there was no way of using it. You never realize how much you use the front brake until you lose it!
I've been practicing a ton lately on the new bike, and had one practice race. I think i might have a chance at top three this year! This first race series on the "Big Bikes' course is going to be great. I'm looking forward to racing with the older guys who i've always grown up getting race pointers from. Now to put those pointers to use in the same race as them!

Big thanks to O'Neal for supporting us younger riders, love the 8 Series Carbon Elite Helmet, its amazing how light it is. And the Hammer chest protector is great. Thought at first it was to big but it adjusts a lot and fits great. Testing it out Sat, hopefully riding and no crash test's.

Well I placed 5th OA at the YTown 100 to end the season. I finished with the experts, and above all, accomplished two of my goals for this year, I finished as the top amateur and secured my number 6 OA plate for next year! Finished strong, can't wait for the 2011 race year. Thanks MVDS for putting on a great race!

Well the last race of our MRANN season is coming up this weekend. The Y town 100 in Yerrington NV will be a traditional Hare & Hound with two seperate loops. Rode last weekend to get that last minute practice in, even though it was only 30something degree's out. Guess it may be the same this weekend for the race. That will be good for me. I need a good finish to my year and I'll be the top AM and 6th overall in points.

Disapointed with my results, had a little hang up on an uphill waterfall on the first loop and just couldn't make up the time after that. But it was a very fun course. Big thanks to the UTA club for putting on a fun race.

Looking forward to this race. I rode 50 miles last weekend and felt pretty good. I need a good finish to try and up my points in the AM series.
