Personal History
My name is Kalani Racoma, I am 13 years old and I live on Maui, Hawaii. I am racing a 2005 Yamaha YZ250f, in two classes. I race 125 Amature and 250 Amature. I also race a KLX110 pitbike in the Adult B. This is my 5th year racing on Maui. I am a member of Maui Motocross Association. I've been racing since I was 8 years old. I took MMA 2007 Champ in the 85 B Class & I also took 2008 Champ in the 250 Novice class.
I also play ukulele for 3 years now. I am a easy going person, humble and friendly to everyone. My favorite color is pink. I raced in Pink gear since 2007. I am known as PINKY at the track.
Riding Goals
My goals is to stay in the top three stats this year, train harder then I did last year & ride safe but smart.
Competitive Highlights
I crashed on the hole shot turn, was dead last. I started to pick up the riders in front of me and worked my way up to finishing 2nd place in the first moto. Then in the second moto I got hole shot and stayed in front until the last lap. I took 1st place over all that race.
