Personal History

My name is Jessica and I LOVE motorcycles and especially racing motocross! I am six years old and started riding on a JR 50 I got for my birthday when I was 5. I like trail riding but motocross is my favorite and what I am best at.

I started racing this year in MAMA (Middle Atlantic Motocross  Association) in the 4-6 oil injected class and have done well overall. I finished 5th overall for the series this year even after missing 3 races! I also hope I do well at the Maryland State Championships in November which will be a great experience for me! It is great getting a chance to race with all of the boys and a few other girls but I really like beating the boys and for them to know I'm a girl!

I also just started racing the Mid Atlantic Winter Series which is a ton of fun and also hope to compete in a few Arenacross races this winter.

Riding Goals

For 2010 I need to stay healthy all year and win the 7-8 oil injected class and to also do well in the 50cc 4-8 stock class with my new 2009 KTM 50 SX!! No missed races or injuries!

 I am looking forward to being dominant in next years MAMA/D7/MDRA classes and to qualify for Loretta Lynne's;-)

Competitive Highlights

I have won a beginner class 50 cc race (1, 1) and had multiple 3rd place overall finishes in 50cc 4-6 with one 2nd place in my last race of the year! I am most proud of my consistency from week to week with very few exceptions! I had a great result for my last race yesterday in the mud which got me 5th for the year in points and I am pretty happy with that. I have started racing the 2009/10 Mid Atlantic Winter Series and finished 2nd overall at the first race at Budds Creek so I am trying to dominate there as well and keep my conditioning and speed.
