Rider Updates
Having recently moved from Florida to the Golden State of California, I have begun a new training schedule, this includes the gym Mon, Wed, Fri, sprint riding and technique training on either Tue, or Thur, and fun riding on Sat. I have made plans to attend the latter rounds of the Vet X series that is local as well as a few night races. I will be making adjustments to my new regiment to be able to complete my biggest personal goal of obtaining a Loretta’s bib. I have made it out of my area qualifiers in the past but a set back or two has kept me from getting to my regional. This pattern will change for 2009.
