Personal History
Hitting the age of 40, I have had some challenges to overcome. Training has taken a new route, with the family growing and teaching the kids to ride safely and at a completive level. My wife has taken more of a role in riding and possibly looking to compete in off road again. As for myself I have been looking for new/different challenging events to enter, in comes endreo cross. Hard as hell but one of the coolest races I have ever done. I have been able to carryover techniques from endreo cross into the off road contributing to improved line choices and confidence to conquer bigger obstacles. I have been able to meet majority of my goals in my riding career and wish to stay healthy and injury free to continue to search for new events and setting lofty goals to challenge and improve my riding.
Riding Goals
I would love more opportunities to participate in harder endures consisting of more technical courses and obstacles.
being more competitive in the endure cross series.
Competitive Highlights
-Helping both my children win their first championship.
-Pulling a hole shot on my first race with a new bike that I had never ridden. That is an awesome feeling.
-Starting in the second row for endure cross final and being in fourth around the first turn.
Successfully putting on (managing) from start to finish a kids event for ISDE west coast qualifier this year.
