Personal History
I am 42 years old and been ridding all my life. In 1980 I started racing in 125 novice class, I was always told that I would never make it or that I wouldn't be very good, that just gave me more insentive to do better and work harded. In 1984 I made amatuer, and was again told that I would never go any futher. However in1990 I got married and had a little girl and the racing had to stop. At the time I stopped, I was only fifty points a way from expert. Now I am divorced and started ridding again. Of course every one is telling me I can't do it and that I am to old. I rode for six months and entered my frist race seventeen years later and got seventh place. My secound race I got fourth. I am the type of person who loves to hear pepole tell me I can't do somthing especially racing. I work out five days a week one hour of cardio and one hour of lifting. I ride twice a week. I know that I am older than most racers but I am also more mature and will expose your product in the most respectful and loyal way.
Riding Goals
I will be racing fifteen out of twenty races this year in NEMX and hpoe to place in the top five in the spring and fall championship. I know I have the speed and now working out five days a week this winter I can do it, may even win a championship. But top five is good for me this year. Next year I want it all.
Competitive Highlights
My best and most conpetitive highligt of my first two races in many years was racing with John Dowd again. Me and John raced in the eightys but back then I would fininsh third and he would fininsh first. My first race back with John I was third in the first turn and he was first but he pulled away afther about two laps. but thats ok it good just to be on the track again.
