I really feel fast now and very comfortable in corners and over jumps. My practice at Crow hill went great , I'm gonna do some biking today and then relax until tuesday when I'll practice somewhere haha

Sunday is Crow Hill!!! I can't wait, hopefully I can have a good week of practice and place top 10.

Going away with the family for a much needed relaxing weekend. Its right back to work and motocross tuesday though :)

Saturday night my friend Robby Marshall rider #774 and I had dinner with "Jammer" and his family before the races Sunday. What a great time, we didnt stop laughing and the food was great.

After work today I'm going to do two 15 minute motos to practice and work on conditioning.
