Personal History

I was born three weeks early Because my mom was induced with me due to the fact that I had several heart problems and needed to be born while the pediatric cardiothoracic surgery team was at the hospital. I was put on medication when I was born to trick my brain into thinking I still wasn’t born otherwise I would’ve died because I didn’t have the correct blood flow going through my heart at four days old I had open heart surgery to correct it as well as fixing a couple other things that were wrong with my heart the surgery was successful and I have not had any problems since.  I have no physical restrictions or limitations I am able to do whatever I would like and play whatever sports I would like.  So a couple of months ago I started riding my dirtbike and ever cents I learned how to ride it that’s all I’ve been doing and that’s all I wanna do.

Riding Goals

My goals for riding are becoming as good as my cousin he is 13 years old he’s been riding for years now but nine out of 10 times when he races he always wins first he’s very good. I want to be as good as him and then when he goes pro I want to go pro and my goal is to beat him.   But for right now since I’m just starting, I want to continue practicing and working on my form so that I can be faster take the corners faster and learn how to jump. For the beginning of next season my goal is to have a newer faster bike race every single weekend and work my way up to getting first place.

Competitive Highlights

I made it through open heart surgery at four days old and never even needed pain medication, I was told I had to be waken up and given it. It has never kept me from doing anything. I also do very good in school and get good grades. Four months ago, I couldn’t even ride my bicycle without training wheels and I was terrified of my dirt bike and refused to even get on it with someone else. About 3 1/2 months ago, I finally learned how to ride a bicycle without training wheels, then I started riding on the back of my cousins dirt bike. 2 1/2-3 months ago my cousin helped me overcome my fear of riding a dirt bike by myself and taught me how to do it and ever since I’ve ridden every single day. Labor Day weekend, I went to professional motocross racer Doug Henry’s annual Labor Day bash and for four days straight I was able to ride the full size tracks at his house for the first time. I was even getting some air off of the jumps. Three weeks ago I became a member of Milford riders club along with my mom, my sister, my aunt, my uncle, and my cousins. About a week after that my uncle took me to my home track so I could practice riding it and prepare for my first race which was four days ago. I successfully conquered the gate and finished without going down once.
