Personal History
I am the oldest of two boys in my family. My little brother is 13 months younger than me and rides but doesn't race. My mom rides and has fun with her KLX140. My Dad was one of the fastest off road racers in Colorado before I was born and he still rides with me and my mom and brother. My great grandpa loved motorcycles and got my Papa into it. My Papa still rides with me at 65 years old and I really love it.
I also enjoy golf and football.
Riding Goals
I love to ride because it is a freedom that I get when it is all about me. I can go out and go as fast as I want or try a jump or wheelie. I am free to do what I want with my bike. The biggest thing is when I am racing and the gate drops, it is me against the track and the other riders are just obstacles in my way. I get to show what I am made of and if things go bad, it was something I did. I try to look back and see how I could change it next time.
My goals for next year are to race the motocross, supercross and to try some arenacross races here in Colorado and other states. My dad says I need to ride everywhere to make me a better rider. Right now my dad and I are planning to ride a few times a weeks and to start training to get stronger which will make me faster.
I hope to win several races next year and win the Colorado supercross championship as well as be in the top 3 for motocross series. I didn't race before this year and I rode 5 of the 6 races and I finished 6th overall. With training and racing all the races I think this is doable.
