Personal History
My name is Bryson and I am 9 years old. I started racing January 2012 and have not looked back since. By far the most exciting thing I have had the opportunity to to was race in the 2014 Houston KTM JR SX Challenge. The whole day was amazing and it was topped off with a 3rd place podium finish!
As I am transitioning to the 65cc, racing has kind of been put on the back burner and training is my focus. I am riding as much as possible in preparation for the 2015 race season.
When I am not racing on the weekends, you can find me having fun kicking up the dirt with my brother on some local tracks and worshiping in church on Sunday morning. Though riding is my passion, I also find time to participate in gymnastics where I am in the boys pre-team class. Before I can do any of these activities, I have to stay on top of my education. I am a third grader at Crestview Elementary in Canyon, TX. I have been on the all A's honor roll this year and my favorite subject, besides recess and p.e. is math and reading.
Having lived in Oklahoma before moving to Canyon, TX, I look up to Trey Canard. I had the honor of hearing him speak at the 2012 Oklahoma FCA MX Camp in Wellston, OK. I admire him because he has fought back from injuries and continues to fight. He is also very open about his faith and where he gets his motivation from.
Riding Goals
I love to ride whether it is indoors or out or competition or for fun. This next year I hope to continue to compete well and try to better my finishes in the series that I race. I would also like to be able to compete in one of the national caliber races. It is my goal to stay healthy and injury free.
