Personal History
I am a Vet Expert rider who works 50-60+ hours a week, married and raising 5 kids of whom 3 ride/race with me. In short, I am your average guy that still finds the time to ride and race with his family and friends for the love of the sport and competition. In addition to this, I ran our local motocross track for many years and am in the works to assist in re-opening it for our local community and give back to the sport we all love by bringing back a motocross track in a time when we hear all too often about others closing. I started riding when I was in grade school in the desert of Southern California. As I grew older I concentrated on stick and ball sports for school until I graduated. I finally got back into riding in my mid-twenties and pretty much started all over again. My first race was at the age of 27, so I have been racing the last 20 years. I started off in motocross and eventually after many years transitioned to desert and GP’s. I have raced Mammoth many times from the 125 class to the 450 class.
Riding Goals
I will be trying to race as many events as I can fit into my schedule. I will be training hard to increase my endurance in order to improve my results and become more competitive in my skill level. Continue to enjoy my time with my family enjoying the sport we love.
Competitive Highlights
Earning the #2 plate in the US Desert Racing series for the Vet class
Racing Mammoth and making the mains numerous times.
Taking 3rd Overall in the Open Expert class at the Red Mountain 100 Team Race with one of my sons.
My biggest accomplishment/contribution though is introducing and developing the love of this sport in my kids and helping them become not only fast racers but responsible, respectful ambassadors of the off-road community.
