**I ended up not finishing the Desert 100 in Odessa, Washington due to some mechanical issues caused by circumstances out of my control. I was the only woman entered in not only the "Open" class, but in the entire 100 mile group. Despite not being able to finish because of mechanical issues, I am SO proud of the way that I rode, the way I handled the course, and how good my body felt. I was on track to meet my goal of finishing in about four hours, maintaining a 24-27 mile/hour pace. I'll get it next year.**

**Back home in Oregon after taking the Northwest weather with me to San Bernardino for the JBC 6-Hour Endurance race. It was my first race on the 2018 KTM 450XCF, and we held our own in some seriously tough competition. I was the only woman competing in the Ironman class and finished 5th out of 8, completing eleven tough, sloppy laps. Thank you so much to Gaerne, DecalWorks, KLIM, NV2 Suspension, Mobius, Tugger Straps, and See See KTM for their support and encouragement this year!
This coming weekend is the first race in the Mag-7 GP series, and the weekend after that is the first race in the OMRA GP series - and then on to the Desert 100!**

***Currently working hard to prepare for the JBC "6 Hours of Glen Helen" that is right around the corner on March 11. I will be riding a KTM 450 XCF in the Ironman class.***
Fresh DeCal Works graphics will be popping, and those Gaerne SG-12s will be keeping my precious ankles safe and sound! Thank you for your support this season!
